Job Description :
1. Identify and develop business opportunities to new and existing Clients
2. Manage and grow key Strategic Accounts
3. Lead Global Sales & Business Development & be accountable and drive aggressive budgeted sales
4. Devise and implement sales plans, strategies and solutions, manage sales team to ensure proper planning and organization of time and resources.
5. Lead and drive the Customer Success Team to ensure maximising revenues for all existing customers
6. Use analytics and technology to improve results and achieve growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Create and implement effective sales strategies for the geographies defined and sales initiatives toward achievement of corporate sales objectives
2. Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization
3. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
4. Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
5. Proactively identify changes in Industry and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
6. Devise & Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
7. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Pre-Sales & Technical Team, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
