COMPANY OVERVIEW:  Based in the Philippines, 115 years old organization, is a global leader in infrastructure solutions, delivering modularized infrastructure for refineries, LNG export and import facilities, power, petrochemical, and mining plants, building dense and complex modules of up to 125,000 tons each year from its state-of-the-art facilities based at Manila.   OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION  Responsible for Preparing and overseeing Estimation budget for Multiple Projects and identifying & projecting costs for all projects.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Preparing detailed accurate material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, construction facilities, etc. estimates.  - Managing and administering department functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, performance evaluations, etc.   - Assisting corporate and project management to determine what types of estimates are required for project opportunities, strategies, techniques, etc.   - Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review, and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value  - Prepare scope specifications and requirements, prepare and inputs project schedules, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare cost summary sheets, and input quantities into estimating software  - Reviewing all final estimate packages to insure accuracy and completeness.   - Participating in presentations to corporate management and Clients.   - Providing technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, etc. as required.   - Prepare project bid status reports and ensure compliance with all specifications and contract Statements of Work and Bid Invitations.  - Managing other employees and supporting project teams   - Creating estimating programs and systems
