Estate Manager- Goa
- Looking after the issues related to Residential and Commercial Business Operations.
- Responsibility and Accountability for expenses incurred in daily operations and investigate cost overruns. Ensure collection of service charges from customers for the provision of facilities, in a timely manner
- Monitor adherence to service level agreements in the provision of all facilities and services to provide superior customer experience
- Directly address the queries of customers and drive timely resolution of the same. Interact with the vendors and service providers and support in resolving any payment/ terms/ facility management related issues
- Supervise the execution of day-to-day activities in the maintenance of all utilities and infrastructure, including Building Maintenance, Utility Monitoring Management of House Keeping, Pest Control, Landscape Maintenance Services Systems for security and safety / fire prevention protection services, Fire drills / evacuation drills, Building Safety audit .
- Electricity/Plumbing Services, Air-conditioning Services .
- Monitor the timely raising of invoices and collections from customers Follow up with the Finance Department to drive timely payments for vendors and service providers
- Supervise the timely and comprehensive preparation of reports for Senior Management to provide them with updates on the facility management activities at sites.
- Monitor the timely preparation and submission of MIS for all activities
