Roles and Responsibilities:

PER is one of the key executioners on analytics work streams of a project. They work collaboratively with other team members, Associates and Managers to deliver key analysis that identifies key insights and profit-enhancement opportunities and business solutions characterized by advanced analytical approaches and quantitative modeling. They perform quantitative analysis on large amounts of granular client data like customer level performance data, collection calling data- using data manipulation and statistical tools like SAS, WPS, R, CART. Quantitative Specialists help identify relationships among complex data from diverse areas, contribute to identification of - so what-, get insights from the results of data manipulation, develop presentations for internal and external clients and give out recommendations based on the data. The work will also include structuring analytics plans, building hypotheses, conducting intensive financial and statistics models and providing tangible solutions. They are involved in the entire project life-cycle from project proposal, planning and execution to delivery and implementation. They will assist in developing presentations for internal and external clients and will also present their work to mid-level clients and engage with the clients on a day-to day basis while working collaboratively with client teams on site most of the times.

Skill Set/Requirement

- Candidates must be from Premier institutes with excellent academic records

- Professional experience of up to 1 year following undergrad at top companies

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Fast learner, excellent analytical mind and should love to travel and explore the world
