Young Leader - Human Capital , Essel Propack Ltd
- MBA (Full Time) in Human Resources with minimum 2 years' of post qualification experience are eligible to apply for Young Leaders Program in Essel Propack Ltd.
- Post rigorous selection process, selected candidates will be groomed across manufacturing functions Units of Essel Propack Ltd for Leadership Roles.
- The role holder is responsible for handling the complete gamut of HR, IR and Administration activities at the Unit, handling recruitment, training and development, performance management process, industrial relations and contract labor management.
- Managing employee grievances and administration function also forms a part of the role.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory and legal requirements at the unit and managing Union staff (if applicable to the unit) forms an integral part of the role.
