Essel Propack - Senior Manager - Treasury

The person must have hands on substantial experience working for a global company in a large Treasury set up (at least 5 years in middle level). The person will be responsible for the following functions in respect of Company's Global operations

1. Banking and Cash flow Management : To assess the Debt Requirement at Company and helping arrange the debt at very competitive pricing. Submission of information to Banks and getting the appraisal done. Vetting of the Bank Documents, security creation, contract documentation, loan administration practices and processes

2. Active engagement with legal counsels in the matter of contract documentation

3. Foreign Exchange Management : Monitoring various currency/ cross currency exposures of the Company and its subsidiaries, analysis of various hedging products available, risk management, dealing with banks for various exposures and booking deals, knowledge of swaps, preparation of MIS in respect of Treasury Function

4. Liquidity Management, Preparation of Financial Projections/ CMA, renewal of Working Capital Limits, Monitoring of various covenants etc.

5. Exposure to Capital Markets in respect of raising of funds thru Capital Market like debentures, commercial papers etc.

6. Dealing with the Credit Rating Agencies, getting the best rating for the company

7. Dealing with Auditors in various treasury related accounting matters, matters related to Forex and Debt

8. Dealing with Authorised Dealer and RBI on ODI/ FDI Matters and other regulatory aspects of transactions.

9. Preparation of Annual Budgets for Interest and Debt

10. Track/ update all developments in the policy/ regulations on banking/ exchange control areas
