Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) :
The role is responsible for coordinating with Sales Team (RSM's and KAM- s) for order booking, planning of new jobs and ensuring sale order release from time to time. The incumbent will also be responsible for SNOP - Sales Forecasting, Generation of Sales MIS reports for sales team and management review and Margin Controls through effective Costing Models and Tools with Improved services to Customers. Additionally the role is also responsible for resolving queries related to Sales Function for both internal and external Sales Audits for India region.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities
Costing :
1. Establishing Pricing Models and Margin Controls for All India Sales.
2. Closure of Quarterly Costing for key customers
3. Amortization, Non-utilization / development cost and contractual recovery
4. Any RFQ along with Sales and Finance
Working Capital Improvement :
5. Recovery of Non - Moving stocks, Contractual Commitments
6. C/H/I form collection in close coordination Sales, with Finance & 3rd Party
Operational Sales Planning :
7. Establishing Strong SNOP - Forecasting Process and Its Accuracy Improvement
8. Review sales for the region and prepare sales plans / forecast plans in line with business needs and requirements
9. Coordinate with Sales team to obtain and validate information
10. Track sales achievement numbers vs. budgeted and take corrective actions when required
Sales Support :
15. Responsible for sales order processing for India region - Lami & Plastic tubes
16. Ensure timely punching of orders in the system post review by sales team
17. Coordinate with SCM team for order scheduling
Customer Support :
19. Responsible for obtaining the customer's sales forecast, analyzing the same and preparing annual budgets
20. Support the front line sales team on aspects of business - sales order processing, delivery planning, collating sales forecast
MIS & Reporting :
22. Establish IT- enabeled auto reports for Daily Reports - Automailers from SAP
23. Provide accurate and timely report to the KAM to achieve budgeted volumes
