Position: Deputy Manager - Human Capital (Talent Management)
Location Head Office, Lower Parel
Reporting to : Regional Head - Human Capital (AMESA)
Experience : Min. 3-4 Years in Talent Management
Responsibility:
- Providing succession and talent planning approaches, tools and processes in support of achieving companies strategies and initiatives.
- Assisting in strategy, design and execution/embedding of best in class Talent Management solutions in areas of Succession Planning/Management, Talent Review, and Pipeline Programs Partnering effectively with key stakeholders to ensure work is integrated.
- Assisting the Unit Talent Team to build capability in the areas of Talent Review and Succession Planning.
- Provide tools and facilitate training sessions, as necessary Anticipating and articulating emerging organizational needs and recommends modifications to processes and approach to talent management.
- Responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development activities for the company
- Conduct follow up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Facilitate internal training sessions
- Manage external training vendors
- Maintain and update training library
- Work closely with training coordinators within Business Units
- Other duties as assigned
Salary offered: 7-10LPA
