Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
- To leverage various features and functionalities of all Success Factors modules for enhancing the quality and speed of HR processes and user experience
- To regularly scan the information from Success Factors website, seminar and network of technical experts on new improvement and modifications in system and implement them in the company based on needs
- To study the information needs of various stakeholders and develop reports, dashboards, Analytical Tools for decision support
- To train power users and various groups of employees to leverage full capabilities of the system
- To hold regular governance meetings with all HR team members to ensure adherence to process standards and timelines
- To develop new HR practices based on Success Factors to improve quality of experience to employees & business
- To work with implementation patterns for modification, customization of the system. Responsibility includes scoping of projects, cost, timelines deliverables etc.
- To resolve any technical issues emerging on day to day basis and ensure uptime and smooth functioning of all modules
