Role : Zonal Collections Lead

Designation : Manager/Sr. Manager Collections

Location : Mujaffarpur, Bihar

Reporting to : Circle Collection Head

Role :

- The position would be responsible for managing collection operation for the assigned zone

- Ensure minimizing invoicing to collection days

- Achieve retention targets and reduce churn

- Would be responsible for timely reconciliation of debtors

- Should establish & maintain the effective relationship with internal & external stakeholders

- To ensure customer queries resolved to reduce total complaints and increase satisfied customer base

- Ensure field collection agencies are compliant to company policies.

Essentials :

- The person should possess strong accounting knowledge & should be an effective problem solver

- Ensuring complete alignment between billed revenue & revenue realization.

- Should have a good communication & negotiation skill

- Must have a strong knowledge of B2C/B2B collection with Power/Telecom companies

- Should have prior experience of handling team & should be a good team player

- Should be a graduate with at least 7-10 years of work experience

- Have exposure of post-paid collection/ unsecured collection from consumers

- Dealt with hard collection bucket and agency

- Strong negotiation skills

- Can handle monthly collection with multiple bill cycles

- Have exposure in utility collections

Education : Any Graduate/Post Graduate
