Monitoring funds flow position and Co-ordinate with HO for timely arrangement of funds.  - Preparation and periodic review of Budgets and analysis of actual Vs. budget and reporting of variances   - Preparation of MIS for presentation of performance of the Company on periodic and need basis to the Management  - Ensuring Statutory Compliance   - Scrutiny of ledger of Vendors, Contractors, General Ledgers for timely settlement   - Reconciliation of balances periodically   - Day to day participation in Employee payroll, Employee taxation and full & final settlement of employees   - Finalization of Books of Account, Analysis of Balance Sheet, Assist the Statutory, Internal and External auditors in various audits from different prospects in co-ordination of HO.  - Payments, Fund Management, Drawdown, Financial Monitoring of Project  - Liasioning with Lenders, Lenders- Engineer and vendors  - Loan Documentation and security Creation   - CDM Mechanism - Deal with consultants & Validators for getting Carbon Credits  KEY ROLE:  - Over all Financial Control of the project
