Desired Profile :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in talent acquisition. Graduate with an MBA is desirable. A good mix of education and experience will be useful.
- Experience in consulting industry would be useful. Ability to multitask and pursue stretch goals will allow the individual to successfully deliver in this role.
- Excellent oral, written communication, inter-personnel, negotiation and selling skills. Well versed in MS Office applications.
- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and mechanisms across levels is a prerequisite
- Passion for hiring and resourceful with excellent networking skills
