About the Organization: The company is the largest retail chain for end-to-end mobile and communications solutions. Through our countrywide chain of outlets, we market mobiles, accessories, mobile connections and recharges, as well as services like bill payments, and mobile repairs and exchange. We also sell music and gaming devices and DTH packages, all under one roof in a world-class shopping ambience.

Profile Brief: The head supply chain will manage and be responsible for the entire pan india supply chain network for retail and ecommerce fulfilment. The key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Manage the internal team and 3PL for warehouse and logistics

2. Ensuring stocks are delivered to stores within SLA

3. Managing the costs as per the budget

4. Inventory record Compliance

5. Process compliance as per ISO

6. Manage different stakeholders related to supply chain example Sales, Merchandising, Category.

7. High usage of system for supply chain processes.

8. Vendor management for logistics and warehousing which includes work appraisal, quality assurance and vendor payment.

9. Bring innovation into the supply chain in order to reduce costs or increase stock availability or both.

Candidate Profile:

1. The candidate ideally should have experience of 6-12 years preferably in retail environment

2. The candidate should have manage the large network of supply chain

3. Should have manage the distributed team size of more than 30

4. Should have experience in managing the 3PL

5. Have good cross functional experience.

6. Should be good in analytical skills, communication and project management.

7. Post-graduate degree will be ideal (but not necessary)

8. Should be willing to adapt quickly, be open to new ideas and be quick on execution.
