Legal Associate Job description - Legal Role and Responsibilities : - Drafting, vetting various agreements/ contracts. - (Legal Notice, Petitions, Suits, Lease Deed, License Agreement, MOU, and Affidavit etc.) - Responsibility will also involve liaising with law firm(s) and different internal functions (including Business, Treasury and Operations) to finalize documentation, and assisting with the automation of the preparation of issuance documentation. - Handling and reviewing all documentation for banking transactions as such loans and facilities obtain for the Companies as well as group companies. - Advise on all aspects of corporate, banking and financial laws and practice. - Ensuring business compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and internal Policies on Integrity and Compliance. - Legal Drafting/Notice/ - Drafting and vetting of documents for various business transactions / deals.
