Opportunity :

We're looking to expand our teams in Mumbai, that leads investments for $1Bn fund. The team has invested in several projects across India, and expects the portfolio to expand to 12-15 by end of 2019. It's an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and platform

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparing Commercial Proposals

- Liaison between projects/ Costing and other departments

- Front Ending pre-construction & pre-closure client meeting

- Facilitate smooth transition from Pre-construction to construction stage

- Regular interaction with projects team and track development from a client/ Leasing team perspective.

Mandatory Skills: Deep understanding of Civil and construction fundamentals, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, Ability to articulate, Technology savvy, First hand exposure to working on construction sites
