Pre Sales Head
- Lead company's effort of pre-sales and bid management, solution architecture, client relations, scale-up knowledge of new technologies as well as business applications of technologies.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and responsible for effective on- boarding of new clients.
- Drive the overall organization strategy including future plans, GTM strategy, and capability building, supporting alliance management.
- Driving Solution development and Bid management for medium to large RFIs/RFPs whitepapers, market research, fit-gap analysis.
- Working closely with the sales team (UK, APAC, North America, Canada, Singapore, and India).
- Work on proposals across offerings like Application development and maintenance, ERP, CCM, Quality assurance, Infrastructure management, Consulting.
- Responsible for managing the team while providing them training for the professional & work developments.
