We are hiring for Senior/ Lead US IT Recruiter for Hyderabad location.

Designation: Senior Executive/ Lead (US Recruiter)

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruiter with minimum 3 years- experience with end-to-end US recruitment process across various IT technologies.

- Must be a full desk recruiter, not looking for sourcer or bench sales recruiters

- Must have good knowledge of US Visa and Tax terms.

- Good understanding of various technical requirements.

- Hands on experience of using recruiting job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.

- Knowledge of good passive sourcing techniques like X-ray search, google search, etc.

- Experience working with LinkedIn and other social media platforms to get passive candidates.

- Experience working on any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing candidates.

- Knowledge of Vendor Management System (VMS) is must.

- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.

- Willing to work as per US Shift timings/Night shifts (EST) i.e. 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.
