- Define and execute innovation pipeline for the brand - Both online and Offline.
- Work on various aspects of Brand Communication like content design & execution (influencers, websites), creative adaptation (from campaign KV to other platforms)
- Assists in preparing and executing Brand advertising concept, packaging, and promotion.
- Work with activation and creative agencies on aspects like artwork, adaptations, outlet activations etc.
- Plans campaign deliverables so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity across Social Media Platforms.
- Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualization, positioning, new product development etc. and approve the final samples for production.
- Keeps track of all brand related expenditures vis- vis budgets.
- Coordinates with other departments like Sales, R&D, Finance & Sourcing for product & brand related requirements.
- Implement & tracks digital imagery of the brand for new launches as well as the existing range.
- Driving execution in year as per agreed Brand Activation Calendar
