Esko Die Casting - Inventory Manager

- Take full ownership and be accountable of the materials and stock of raw materials, WIP goods & finished goods.

- Crunch historical data to forecast demand.

- Place orders to the concerned department for the replenishment of stocks on a proactive basis. (Keeping in mind the lead times of the items)

- Receiving & recording new stock as it comes in & move out.

- Keep stringent checks on shortages & surpluses of all stock [High Lead Time (LT) & High Value (V), High LT & Low V Low LT & High V Low LT & Low V items].

- Optimize inventory by laying down robust cost & control procedures.

- Identifying the loopholes of the current inventory management system and streamline operations w.r.t. inventory (with the help of ERP).

- Ensure at all times that there production should not be stalled due to mismanagement of inventory.

- Creating & maintaining comprehensive templates (in Excel) to facilitate tracking & measurement.

- Lead a team of warehouse & factory workers to keep stock of the materials in store.
