ESG Specialist - VC Firm

A leading VC firm focused on growth stage tech companies is looking for a Head of Impact who can partner with the leaders in the firm to drive sustainability strategy, assess ESG frameworks, and work with portfolio companies in the space of sustainability and ESG.

Qualification :

- 6-10 years of work experience including 2-3 in relevant areas with Technology and Development Impact background preferred.

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Commerce/Math, Statistics, Computer Science/CA background by qualification/MS or MBA will be a plus, not essential.

- Prior experience and exposure to the VC industry or in Big 4/prominent consulting firm rendering advisory services for responsible investing or Impact measurement.

- Preference for candidates who are well versed with the start-up eco system.

- Excellent relationship-building skills

- Experience of management, finance, leadership, coordination, planning and implementation of projects.

- Monitoring and evaluation of projects

- Fast learner and Team player

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, ability to create reports and present to senior leaders.
