ESG Research Role - BFSI

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop ESG-focused solutions for asset managers / corporate and investment banks / corporates

- Present new solutions across a broad set of stakeholders including clients, and internal management teams, as part of the solution development roadmap

- Ideate, create and update product collaterals for existing and new solutions

- Collaborate with the business development teams to grasp end-market requirements and incorporate the learning into the product suite

- Prepare impactful, customized presentations as part of the consultative selling process with prospects across the globe

- Execute pilots and transfer knowledge to delivery teams as required

- Keep abreast of developments in the ESG domain from the regulatory, market and competitor perspective

- Interface with technology teams to integrate technology specifications as part of the solution offering

Must-have requirements:

- Expertise in ESG research

- Experience of supporting global clients and working with senior stakeholders

- Experience in unstructured, bespoke research

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of visualization tools and automated data extraction would be an added advantage
