Job Role:

- Escrow Product Manager is a crucial and demanding position that requires the incumbent to be the program's owner of strategy, roadmap, and customer experience throughout the whole bank.

- He or she should work on Escrow and Capital Market agreements and concentrate on commercialization tasks like creating standard collateral, hosting product information on internal knowledge pages, implementing standard collateral, award pitches, updating financials, and dealing with product governance issues.

- Examining escrow agreements from the perspectives of risk, compliance, regulation, operational, and practicability

- Structuring transactions according to individual case requirements

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support escrow business

- Facilitating the sales team's ability to find escrow business - Constantly focusing on process and product improvement - Engaging in numerous projects to digitise and automate the escrow journeys

- Legal and client negotiations
