We have an urgent Requirement of Area Business Manager for PAN India (Rajasthan/Uttar Pradesh/ Andhra Pradesh/ Madhya Pradesh/ Maharashtra/ Orissa/Gujarat) Please find below the details:
Job Title: Area Business Manager
Reporting To: Regional Business Manager
Function - Department: Sales & Marketing - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Target Setting :
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual targets i.e. Wholesale, Delivery, Retail Sales, Collection & SOM.
- Forecasting & planning through proper market knowledge i.e. Crops, Soils, Weather Conditions, Dealer's Capability, Knowledge of Competition, Last year's trend reading, etc.
- Ensure the Annual Targets through close monitoring / involvement on Daily basis.
- To create new avenues for Business Growth.
Branding & Networking :
- Area coverage through Dealer recruitment / replacement.
- Planning & execution of BTL activities like Competitive Demos, Product Launches & Sales Promotion.
- Dealer Infrastructure enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools at all Networks (Dealerships etc.)
Fund Management & Commercials :
- Ensure rotation of Dealer's Fund through Monitoring.
- Distributor's / Depot's Operations.
- Monitoring the reduction of Trade Cycle.
- Build relationship with local Bankers and Liasoning with the Banks for Retail Finance, as per Bank norms.
Training :
- Ensuring skill development of Dealer manpower and provide required learning's by identifying their areas of improvement through timely Reviews.
Team Management :
- Promoting positive vibrancy between the Dealers manpower and motivate them.
Business Intelligence (Marketing & Product) :
- Product placement as per customer requirement (Model Mix.)
- Competition knowledge and Counter action.
- Product Awareness (Tractors & Applications)
- Customer Understanding
Critical Success Factors :
- Effective Communication.
- Timely execution of planned goals / targets.
Key challenges:
- Managing people with different level of intelligence.
- Feedback mechanism & counseling of Dealers whenever required.
- Identifying gaps through review of business performance & taking corrective measures immediately.
- Adherence to all processes / policies.
- Team Orientation.
