POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking to hire a Solutions Lead. The candidate's charter is to help our customers achieve their business outcomes with our product stack. The candidate will help customers to achieve their business outcomes through architecture and implementation of Escape's entire ad technology suite. You will be a client facing evangelist to CTOs and CMOs and a consultant to customer engineers. You will solve for advanced use cases by architecting solutions that leverage multiple components of our ad tech suite. You will help identify and develop a community of tech partners made up of up and coming ad tech companies. It is a Work from Home Job currently, but when needed have to shift to Delhi/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with ad tech sales and partner teams to develop strong customer relationships. You will qualify requirements upfront and drive excitement for the right ad tech solution that achieves the customer's business outcomes. You will be equally adept at participating and driving executive level conversations about our ad technology capabilities as well as having in depth integration discussions with client-side engineering teams. - Engage with customer Marketing, Data, and Technology executives to define and execute enterprise-level transformation programs and help create compelling business cases by identifying motivators and drivers that unlock business value for our customers. - In partnership with the ad tech sales team, educate customers on the value proposition of Escape's technology stack and participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions while ensuring such solutions are designed for successful deployment and drive business outcome. - Lead pre-sales architectural discussions and design workshops with customers and understand customer's technical requirements deeply. - Drive usage and adoption. Your integration engagements will enable usage of Escape technology stack to activate advertiser's campaign and marketing insights. You will continuously monitor the integration inputs you drive to measure the output of activation. - Develop Professional Services project proposals and work with Escape's Account Management team to develop detailed task plans, effort estimates, and delivery timelines. - Be a customer advocate. You will take your learnings from customer engagements and work with Advertising engineering teams as input into integration and ad technology roadmaps. - Contribute to the creation and delivery of best practices, packaged offering, white papers, workshops, proofs of concepts, etc. - This is a customer facing role. You be required to travel to client locations to deliver when needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : This role will be responsible for executing all ad trafficking for all programmatic and display media and monitoring their delivery across ad exchanges, publishers and networks. He/she will also be responsible for all media tracking and tagging set up, monitoring, and trouble-shooting in GTM and Google Analytics, as well as performing audits and communicating those findings to clients. Requirements Expertise in Tag Management tools like GTM & Tealium. Understanding of Tags, Triggers & Variables, Data Layers & Event tracking. Process knowledge on how to create conversion pixels in different platforms (TTD, DV 360 Dstillery, MediaMath, Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat Bing, etc. ) and how to implement them in GTM. - Understanding of 1 or more debugger tools. - Should validate and debug implementations using GTM debugger. - Proficiency in the advanced configuration and implementation of conversion pixels in GTM. - Creative management tools, troubleshooting 3rd party reporting discrepancies and testing rich media creatives. - Experience troubleshooting ad tags utilizing various development tools. - Good Knowledge on QA'ing the conversion pixels on Staging and production sites. - Google Support roles are preferred. - GTM certification is a plus. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 4+ years of experience in similar role. - Understanding of digital advertising and channel capabilities, especially from a reporting standpoint. - Expertise with Google Marketing Platform (CM, GTM, Google Analytics, etc.). - Familiarity with HTML, HTML5 JavaScript, Flash, as it pertains to Advertising Operations. - Experience troubleshooting ad tags utilizing various development tools. - Experience with media technologies, real time bidding, ad exchanges, and 3rd party ad servers. - Creative problem solving and a strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills. - Able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in high-volume crunch periods. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education /Certification: - Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Experience: - Three-Five years' experience in Marketing and Analyst - Three years' supervising, managing, and/or leading others - Experience in Marketing Strategies. - Experience working with a sales team, preferred PREFERRED SKILLS: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
