Designation: ERP Practice Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Industry Monitoring: Monitor emerging industry standards to assess their impact on the ERP Practice.
- Functional Support: Provide functional expertise to the PMO and delivery functions.
- Share best practices with the team to enhance project delivery.
- Advisory Role: Offer full advisory support to the team, leveraging industry best practices.
- Interface with the business community and provide ongoing status reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key global stakeholders.
- Participate in various initiatives and projects.
- Pre-sales Involvement: Participate in ERP pre-sales activities when necessary.
- Talent Management: Support new talent selections and onboarding.
- Oversee and guide Innovation and R&D in the ERP area.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and grow the Westernacher India ERP team.
- Collaborate with the team on targets, career growth plans, etc.
- Collaboration with Practice Leaders: Collaborate with other Practice leaders (local and global) for effective team utilization and innovation topics.
- Human Resources Support: Support talent selection, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Work Experience: Around 15 years of total work experience.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of industry/consulting experience in implementing SAP solutions on the ERP track.
- Leadership Skills: Team leadership expertise in cross-functional and international teams.
- Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Reputed as a reliable business process and subject matter expert.
- Good overview and strong hands-on skills with broad SAP ERP knowledge.
Communication and Pre-sales Skills: Very good communication, presentation, and ideally pre-sales skills.
- Results and execution-focused, with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Business Acumen: Experience in developing and managing opportunities and leads.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, and excellent business acumen.
- Global Team Player: Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English (other languages are an advantage).
- Good team player with very good logical and reasoning skills, who enjoys working in a global environment and is committed to high-quality project delivery.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as and when needed.
