Education - Should be a Engineer and MBA from a reputed management school.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather market intelligence and identify prospective customers or assess cross sell opportunities in current clients.
- Assess prospect needs and effectively pitch appropriate service offerings (Consulting, Implementation, Upgrade, Support etc.)
- Develop and present proposals for customized business solutions on Oracle / other ERP suites
- Anchor the 'sale' process, working with sales team, client and the package practices.
- Close the sale and ensure effective project initiation.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure strong revenue pipeline
Experience - Should have 14-15 years of sales experience
Candidate should have reasonable international sales experience, exposure to handling large accounts in USA, UK and Europe regions is a big advantage
- Min. experience of 15+yrs with at-least 3-4 years of Presales/Sales. Carries in-depth knowledge of ERP applications. Should have demonstrated experience in managing at least three full implementation programs.
- Possesses strong understanding of one or more industry - Retail, Transport, Automotive, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance and Manufacturing.
- Should Have demonstrable experience of effectively selling at the senior level in companies globally.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Should be willing to travel extensively to locations where the company has clients – USA, UK, Europe, middle East and Australia.
