ERP Integration Manager - SaaS (7-12 yrs)

We have an urgent requirement with a leading SAAS Group based out of Chennai.

Position : Integration Manager

Budget: 30-35 Lacs


- Experience in implementation of enterprise software, solutioning

- Possess good understanding of process flow like sales order, stock transfer order, delivery creation, invoice creation, GR, shipment creation, service entry, PO / GR for service payments

- Should have worked on any ERP (preferably SAP)

- Knowledge/Hands-on in PIPO, CPI is a preferred skill

- Functional knowledge on Order to cash flow, Stock transfer order flow, Direct FI postings, Service PO flow would be an added advantage

- Trouble shooting integration issues

- Strong technology integration skills - integrating COTS with ERP for example

- Fast learner: Must become a subject matter expert in Pando products

- Good communication skills and written skills

- Capability of working on a cross-functional team to solve business & tech problems

- Understand the customer requirements and passion to provide solution

- Hands-on experience with configuring SAAS products

Profile :

- Ensure smooth integration with client ERP/CRM/DMS systems

- Understand and document client integration requirements

- Orchestrate with integration partner for smooth integration

- Execute SIT / UAT for a successful Go Live collaborating with the Onboarding Team

- Facilitate handover to Support with zero bugs while collaborating with Onboarding Team

Optimize time to integrate and Go Live :

- Setup best practices & automations to deliver smooth integration with client systems

- Templatize and productize the integration process

- Manage weekly, monthly cadence with client and integration partner

- Drive engagement within deadlines

- Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists

- Providing best practice knowledge and innovative methods to set the team up for success

- Educate & empower team to become better at providing exceptional output

- Collaborate with stakeholders effectively

- Ensure clarity of actions within different teams within org.

- Ensure smooth transition between different stages of engagement

- Ensure clear work prioritization with integration partners

- Enhance the ERP integration practice

- SOPs for internal process

- Client ready documents to set their expectations on integration

- Identify and build new integration partners and make them productive
