Functional Capability:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of ERP systems, data management systems and allied software
- Lead the implementation & integration of enterprise solutions to enhance efficiency and flow of information within and across functions
- Change-manage the adoption of implemented systems including capability building, tracking the usage metrics, and resolving issues during adoption
- Collaborate with other departments to translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for the ERP systems
- Assess and identify the functional requirements from an outside-in perspective and work with CXOs to advice on digitalization initiatives, and their implementation
- Identify internal processes that can be improved for efficiency/effectiveness. Advise, assess tools & create digital transformation projects for different departments
- Work with consultants and vendors to ensure project management: implementation of ERP systems on time, in budget and with full user acceptance
- Stay current with technology trends and developments to ensure the company's IT systems remain competitive and efficient
- Collaborate with different teams, facilitate knowledge sharing, advise on digital best practices to ensure a robust digital ecosystem
Team Capability Building:
- Career planning for employees through guiding, coaching, mentoring to build a strong teams and capabilities to ensure a leadership pipeline for future
- Carry out performance appraisals, assess capability, and identification of development needs of individuals in the function.
The Head - ERP is responsible for leading the company's ERP and software initiatives, ensuring the smooth implementation, integration and adoption of systems.
