Eroute Technologies Private Limited is card based payment company with a mission to - redefine spending experience with real time visibility and control for new-age families. The Noida based company has recently been granted In-principle authorization to issue and operate pre-paid instruments in the country by Reserve Bank of India and proposes to launch innovative payment solutions targeting tech-savvy millennials and Gen Z's who are the chief wage earners and contribute to over 70% of total household income in the country.

This person will seek out and evaluate new partnership opportunities amongst like-minded brands, as well as support current partner relationships.

Job Responsibility :

- Develop & Maintain business relationships with both brands and/or their agencies for co-in app sales and co-marketing opportunities. Forecasting potential marketing value, budget and ROI on all partnership opportunities.

- Act as the key liaison with popular brand partners with responsibilities that include leading development and pitch strategy for custom co-sales and co-marketing opportunities with brands, and/or their agencies.

- Leading all co-marketing contract negotiations to deliver the greatest level of marketing support/exposure for the company.

- Pitch and Negotiate deals with partners as working cross-functionally with colleagues in Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Finance, and Legal to launch partnerships that meet the strategic objectives.

Requirement:

- Sales enthusiast with exceptional networking and negotiation skills.

- Experience in brand partnerships and leading affiliate marketing program with e-commerce company/ digital platform preferred.

- Seasoned experience in corporate marketing, brand partnerships, or agency side on partnerships or promotions.

- Experience working in start-up environments.

- MBA plus previous experience of more than 5 years in developing and managing brand partnerships.
