- Control over manufacturing plants - w.r.t costing, budgeting, analysis of production, financial and operational activities

- MIS Reports

- Controlling cost and internal control procedures

- Overall responsiblity of controlling operational issue w r t plant

- Support for plant audit - internal and external

- Highlights of Operational issues and solving the same

- Control over overall Cost in SAP - conducting costing run and actual costing and tracking the same, over and under observation, yield variance, overhead variances, analysis of actual RM, PM with BOM Standard variances

- Cost audit and compliance reports

- Inventory management and control

- Tracking trade payable and advances to creditors w r t mfg plant

- Support in other activities pertaining to SAP Costing operations- Standard Costing run for new products, creation of cost and profit centres for new plant etc
