Ashray Scale up : Operational & Strategic

OPERATIONAL:

- Success implementation of VAS (Diagnostics) in a timely & effective manner

- Monthly Governance meeting to track progress of PAP - All brands.

- Addressing Field queries within TAT and ensuring to bridge the GAP between all the stake holders.

- Ensure patient refills is scheduled and Delivered on time by partner agency (PAN India)e.

- Monitor the patient support program from a compliance audit standpoint. Provide back-end support to patient care functions to manage Patient support initiatives like Navigation Model & Diagnostic services.

- To manage & negotiate with PAP agencies on service costings ( Indegene & Medybiz)

STRATEGIC:

- Cost optimization of Ashray.

- Plan and execute ASHRAY promotional messaging for supporting team for Promotions.

- Successful Management of Patient assistance program.

- Engage the team for ASHRAY to increase SOV across the country.

DIAGNOSTICS ( Oncquest & BCR-ABL):

- Review the data monthly and share feedback with sales team on utilization & track conversion

Effectiveness and Efficiency: Gap Analysis & Management

Understand if the program is delivering value to the Business team :

- Define the essentials of reporting with leadership team (Analytic framework for analyzing the key metrics for patient support program)

- Share timely report with team leaders to enable transparency in the operations (Once a month)

- Create a reporting framework for capturing parameters pertinent for Sales force knowhow(Weekly and Monthly Enrolment, Free Vial utilized per HQ, No of Active patients end of every month)

- Focus on continuous improvement of workflow processes and procedures

- Review and evaluate current partners for PSP to ensure value is delivered to Business team

- In absence of delivery to the program KPI, evaluate other partners for the Program

- Timely review with Internal stakeholders to understand GAP in expectations and bridge the GAPh. Cost Optimization ( Alternate Logistics model, FISH coupons, BCR-ABL test)

Operational Compliance & Coordination:

- Adhere to the patient support policies, conduct job in a compliant and ethical manner.

- Coordinate between customer, managers, and staff members, ensure quality of work performed by counsellors in area(s) of responsibility by setting clear requirements and objective goals and key responsibilities for the partner agencies.

- Liaise with procurement/distribution & supply chain department to ensure proper billing & procurement of PAP units as per the projection.

- Perform Quarterly audits of agency partners Medybiz & Indegene to ensure implementation of defined compliance.

- Resolve escalated conflicts and grievance by active engagement of field team for ASHRAY PAP.

- Engaging with the Sales ,Marketing Team & senior management for feedback & updates
