Require Group Product Manager in IVF and Oncology Segment
1. Develop Annual Brand Plan keeping in mind the business objectives and plan resources accordingly
2. Increase the reach and penetration of brand
3. Face to face interaction with KOLs to identify the therapy gaps, market dynamics, right product placement
4. Achievement of Brand sales objective as planned in the beginning of FY
5. Prepare & execute action plan for weak territories of the brand to achieve results as mentioned in the charter
6. Prepare the content, Design the tools, Train the Sales Team, Conduct Meetings, Track the progress
7. Discipline in utilization of resources to minimize wastage
8. Conduct training of field employees
The candidate should have a B. Pharma / M. Pharma degree and an MBA in Marketing.
