Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- Devise training content, strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods and monitor, evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Contribute to the development of the annual training calendar by liaising with sales management
- Keep abreast of industry best practices in training and development
- Co-ordinate with sales and marketing teams to conduct new product launch training support and provide post launch training support
- Develop innovative training solutions to meet the training and developmental needs at various levels
- Design and develop the delivery of a range of training and development interventions to meet the identified needs of the sales force.
