Erin Labs was established in 2014 to offer a midway between the development company and the digital agency based on sohna road in IT-Spaze park, Sohna Road. Our range of clients from Government, MNC to Start-up provides wide experience to our team.

We are looking for Cloud Telephony Sales Manager with experience in call management solutions for SME/Mid Size Market, which helps to use our omni & virtual call centre solution to manage there business requirements. It is a cloud-based call system that is stable, scalable, enterprise grade with advanced features like multi-channel, predictive dialer, hybrid, integration, call billing, CRM, ticketing etc.

As a Cloud Telephony Sales Manager - SME / Mid-Market, you will be looking in to building new sales strategies, working with cross-functional teams, client solutioning and revenue growth.

Job Requirement :

- Driving the cloud telephony sales in SME / Mid-Market India - through digital, channel & reseller network and driving alliances with potential partners to create multiple channels for new customer acquisition.

- Leading the strategies and team driving the business to grow 10X in next 3 years.

- Uncovering the growth path by building offline GTM channels.

- Driving team with recruitment, training program, setting process, goals & performance review.

- Driving strategies with planning experimentation and opening growth potential of driving sales through channels in India and further to global market.

- Designing processes, revenue projections and roadmap.

- Working with different team to plan & execute processes.

- Designing process for partners/resellers onboarding, training and success.

- Result driven to reach ambitious growth and meets targets.

Attributes :

- Experience in managing teams of channel sales and driving sales through alliances and reseller base.

- Experience working with management consulting firms, business process outsourcers, IT sourcing companies, marketing service providers, creative & digital agencies, analytics & business intelligence consultancies, and customer experience consultancies.

- Proven ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & documentation skills.

- Understanding of all parts of a partner/reseller lifecycle, starting with profiling/ recruitment
