We have an urgent requirement for a Manager-ER & HR Compliance with one of our clients (a Leading Credit Card & Travel Organisation) based out of Gurgaon.
Position: Manager- Employee Relations & HR Compliance based out of Gurgaon
Role Profile:
The key responsibilities of the newly created position is
- Execute ER strategies to meet business and HR goals.
- Delivery of ‘best in class’ Employee Relations Consultancy Service to India Business Leaders and employees.
- Responsible for pro-actively forecasting future ER challenges, trend and risk analysis and delivery of commercial solutions to ensure compliance whilst meeting business and HR needs.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in HR with at least 3 years experience in an ER and HR Compliance
- A track record of success within a highly matrixed multi-national environment.
- Project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to liaise with all levels of management; produce presentations and management reports as tools for strategy formulation and implementation.
- Ability to navigate a complex internal matrix and work across International Time Zones.
- Build and leverage strong business relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners in order to support Business and HR Goals.
- Proactively identify linkages/partnership opportunities to enhance overall ER experience and customer service.
- Must be a ‘self-starter’ with a strong ‘will to win’ and ability to drive accountability
