Role : Equity Specialist Function Products and Solutions Reports to Co-Head of Products and Solutions Location - Mumbai Payscale - Upto 30 Lakhs + Bonus Role Overview: This role would provide objective advise to HNI clients to buy/sell stocks based on fundamental factors, technical indicators and news flow in various stocks while also sourcing & servicing clients by providing updates on frequent intervals about market movements. Key Responsibilities: - To develop the Equities and Derivatives trading proposition and lead the delivery of the service to clients - Handling equities, & bringing in own set of clients data-base while deepening the relationships with existing clients - Selling Equity based investment ideas to clients & generate brokerage primarily through advising them on their equity portfolio. - Continuously keeping updated with market news and providing valuable insights based on client portfolio requirements. Key Dependencies External - Counterparties, Service Partners, Auditors, Regulators, Other Authorities Internal - CEO, Market Heads, Functional and Department Heads - Front Office, Other Product and Solutions Units, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology Key Role Requirements Certifications (if any) - NISM certifications as appropriate Experience - 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in equity and derivatives broking, trading, sales, and advisory with experience of managing client relationships and leading teams - Platform management experience would be an advantage Technical Skills - In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets and Derivatives Behavioral Attributes - Should be target-driven, self-starter and effective in servicing skills and conflict management. - Should have sound understanding of capital markets, - Ability to exert influence on functional matters with stakeholders across various levels within the organization - Ability to assimilate new information and apply this knowledge as appropriate - Willingness to learn and embrace new ideas and concepts and adapt to an evolving/changing environment
