1 Role: Private Equity -Buy side Job Description : - Provide support to buy-side research teams such as Private Equity Clients - Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition - Build and update financial, Discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout models for lenders and investors, and perform valuation exercises - Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, and presentation development) Experience Required : - 4 - 8 years of financial / investment banking / private equity / buy-side research experience with global clients Role: Equity Research -Sell-side Job Description : - Create and maintain Excel-based financial models with forecasts. - Collect financial data using online and other sources such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters - Conduct extensive company valuations involving approaches such as DCF, DDM, trading and transaction multiples, and EVA. - Benchmark companies on financial and operating statistics - Create presentations on industry and company research for marketing and roadshow activities Skill Set : - Basic knowledge of macroeconomics/microeconomics, aggregates, and regression analysis - Strong accounting and financial skill
