Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief :

The primary responsibilities for the roles would include :

- Preparing monthly management reports of analyst productivity and client interaction

- Competitive analyses of footprint and analyst count among competitors which helps in knowing business trends/changes

- Building and launching surveys analyze and prepare post survey results used for research analysts and sales performance evaluation process.

- Build & manage research analyst scorecard reviewing analysts performance based on numerous parameters

- Data collection, processing and preparation of various management presentation packs.

- Global research readership analysis

- Acting as a point of contact within the research business for research technology queries in relation to new analysts process, research data delivery etc.

- Managing relationship with research aggregators to maintain highest standard of accuracy for rating, price target, estimates etc.

Skills :

- MBA from Tier 1 institutes with CFA level 1 / 2 / 3 only.

Exp : 4-5 years into research reporting covering any sector.
