Equity Research Manager - Small Caps - Brokerage House

The Opportunity is with one of the Leading Brokerage House.

Functional:

- 2-3 years of working experience in either brokerage research, consulting or any similar analytical occupations

- Exposure of meeting company managements and writing quick notes (as part of Research or other consulting organisation)

- Proven ability to understand financial statements/ annual reports

- High degree of proficiency in Excel skills

- Aptitude for numbers and analytical bent of mind

Behavioral:

- Ability to network with people to understand companies/ sector better

- Integrity and ability to work in team

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines

Technical (Software / IT related):

Strong on Excel, word and power point - Very important

CFA - Level 2 is must
