Equity Research Associate

"Only CA/ or MBA Finance (Top B school) or CFA Progressing or IIT/NIT (Top Engineering Colleges) pass out Candidates qualify for this position.

CTC: can go upto 15+LPA

Our research teams generate investment ideas and then market those ideas to institutional investors, hedge funds, and our own internal sales force and traders.

- The associate will support a highly rated European Strategist and interact with the relevant teams in our global offices. Working within the Strategy team, the candidate will provide analytical support to the team including:

- Perform data collation and analysis,

- Create and maintain information on databases etc

- Monitor, analyze and comment on day-to-day newsflow

- Help with thematic projects

- Over a period of time you will write reports and participate in the investment recommendation

- Decision making process.

- Ability to understand and analyse economic and financial data

- Excellent skills relating to data manipulation and interretation

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong Excel skills

- Ability to synthesize research findings

- Ability to write summary reports

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal (principally telephone)

- Initiative/Ability to be pro-active

- Problem Solving/Questioning outlook

- Dedication/Resilience
