Location : Mumbai

This is with a NBFC Organisation, based at Mumbai, Goregaon.

Equity Analyst, Equity Fund Management

1) Tracking FMCG/ Auto & Auto Ancillary industry/Cement

2) Tracking leading listed companies in FMCG and Auto/Auto Ancillary industry

3) Need to make earning models of top 10 listed companies within each sector and updating the same on regular basis

4) Prepare investment ideas/short note and pitch the same to HNI's as well as institution desk

5) Need to participate in team work like Morning report, Weekly Report, Thematic Report, Monthly investment committee presentation etc

6) Attend client meetings - both retail and institution desk.

7) Attend analyst meet, one on one corporate meeting and listening to concalls.

8) IPO notes as and when required

9) Support write-up for Media interaction

- Sectors - Auto & Auto Component / Oil & Gas / Capital Goods / Pharma & Chemicals (Domain expertise in any two of these sectors) OR MIDCAP Analyst with sector agnostic capabilities (Bottom up Research capabilities)

- Overall experience - After post graduation in Equity Markets - 7+ (Indian Markets 5+)

Role :

- Financial Modelling capabilities, Excellent control on Sheet management (Excel), capability to generate Investment ideas (Long term) as well as tactical ideas (From Short to medium term);

- Data Base Familiarity- Handled and conversant with database software like Capitaline / Bloomberg / Reuters, etc.

- Desirable - Have served HNI-PCG/Retail desk in his/her previous assignment

Qualification :

- CFA/MBA/CA by qualification; Academics (Graduation/Masters) preferred in the respective Research sector (For example a Chemical Engineer for Pharma & Chemicals & A Mechanical Engineer for Capital Goods & Auto sector). This however should not be a bottleneck
