Equity Research Analyst - Investment Firm

As a Buy Side Analyst, your role will be pivotal in guiding our investment decisions and contributing to our commitment to long-term compounding effects in the Indian financial landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of Indian public markets, focusing on buy side strategies to support our long-term compounding effects approach.

- Evaluate and interpret market trends, economic indicators, and financial data of Indian companies to make informed investment recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with the investment team to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities in Indian public markets.

- Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations, providing insights that contribute to our strategic decision-making.

- Monitor and assess the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

- 5-9 years of experience in buy side analysis, with a preference for candidates experienced in the Indian public markets or family office settings.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data with a focus on achieving long-term compounding effects in the Indian context.

- Proven track record of successful buy side investment recommendations in Indian public markets.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
