Equity Research - Analyst

Qualification: MBA from Top tier / CA, CFA level 1/2/3 pass will be a plus

Experience : 0 - 2 years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Join as an integral part of ASIA research team.

- The role will be based out Mumbai office and involve supporting senior analyst based in Hong Kong.

- Work on financial statements of companies, build and maintain earnings and valuation models.

- Track & report news/events on coverage names, maintaining industry/ company databases.

- Build marketing presentations.

- Assist in research production process.

- Initially, the role will be modeling and database heavy and over the period candidate will be expected to assist in writing full or parts of the research report.

- Company contacts and discussion, Interaction with sales & traders.

Key Skills :

- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, and security valuation

- Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and oral) with attention to details

- Understanding of equity markets

- Solid analytical skills, including ability to perform data analysis

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & MS PPT

- Good research writing skills

- Distinctive academic record: consistently highly graded within their peer group

- Keen attention to details

- Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and meet deadlines

- Ability to formulate and articulate views logically
