Equity Fund Raising & Investor Management Role - Infrastructure

We are currently hiring for an Industrial & Logistics Park company, headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities :

- Strong experience in equity fund raising & investor management.

- Deep understanding of the capital markets function within the infrastructure domain.

- Familiarity & knowledge of the Indian & Foreign debt & lending ecosystem.

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience with the infrastructure sector

- M&A & debt experience is highly desirable

- Experience with warehousing/logistics park preferred

- Open to candidates currently working with investment banks/private equity/corporates/consulting

Location : Mumbai

Education : CA/MBA
