Hiring for a renowned private sector bank

Position Purpose

To analyse company and markets related data and generate trading ideas/inputs with focus to generate trading profits for the Bank as part of Trading Group in Treasury front office

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare investment proposals and research note on various sectors / companies for presenting to Investment Committee, senior management, etc

- Analyse various market and company data to generate trade ideas and/or to facilitate investment decisions

- Monitor investment portfolio of the Bank on an ongoing basis with respect to adherence to various guidelines / limits set forth by regulator and Internal investment/risk policies of the Bank

- Maintain relationship with various external parties like inter-bank counterparties, primary dealers, brokers, merchant bankers, companies, etc

- Assist in implementing any new products and/or segments along with other stakeholders as and when opportunity arises
