A leading MNC Bank is looking for an Equity Advisor (sector agnostic) for wealth management unit based out of their Mumbai office. Given below are the details of the role: Job Title: Equity Advisor Reports into: Head of Equities Location: Mumbai Responsibilities: 1. Actively generate and share equity stock investment ideas with RMs and ICs 2. Develop and manage equity stock investment lists based on the business requirement 3. Provide stock advisory coverage and stock idea generations 4. Prepare reports, presentation, commentary and updates on equity stocks &amp; markets 5. Disseminate market intelligence, reports and analyst commentaries to RMs and ICs 6. Assist RMs &amp; ICs in Equity Advisory 7. Develop regular contact and work closely with primary analysts and other market participants 8. Do presentations on investment ideas, equity markets in meetings or telecalls 9. Client meetings/ interactions to showcase ideas and to share market updates 10. Client equity stock portfolio reviews Important Parameters: 1. Advisory coverage on equity stocks and generation of investment ideas 2. Above-benchmark (indices) performance on the recommendations and good success ratio on investment ideas 3. Pro-actively updating RMs, ICs and clients on the equity markets and stocks 4. Feedback on client interactions and meetings Competencies: 1. High skills on equity fundamental and technical analysis 2. Experience in sell-side or buy-side investment research 3. Multi-sector coverage experience and performance track record 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Excel, word and Power Point) 6. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines 7. Must be a team player with good maturity, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong corporate discipline Qualification &amp; Experience : 1. MBA or CA 2. 8-12 years of relevant experience
