Help the Private Wealth Managers build a robust Direct equity portfolio.

Increase the contribution of Direct Equity revenue/ portfolio in the Asst Allocation Matrix

Reporting to CIO.

Mid to Sr Management level role.

Current Minimum Salary has to be 15 lacs

Key Deliverable of the Role :

- The said individual will be responsible for inculcating an equity advisory (direct equities) culture in the organisation

- This will involve formulating and positing a direct equity proposition in collaboration with the Corporate in-house Research Team with appropriate marketing collaterals

- The above should then be used for getting direct equity allocations from existing HNI clients, as well as acquiring new clients

- The Equity Expert will work closely with all the Relationship Managers in getting direct equity allocations from their clients. The role will involve conference calls and training's to educate the Relationship managers on Equity fundamentals and market

- The role will involve speaking to/ interacting with clients daily, and taking responsibility of managing the direct equity portfolio of the clients

- Research integrating research inputs available from in-house Institutional & Retail Research desks, as well from external sources, and also initiating research on own to support the equity sales process

- Creating Model Portfolios and managing client portfolios around the same, as well as through low churn equity advisory

- Keeping abreast of market changes and analyzing stock movements/ finance of the company.

- Updating clients on research calls and advising them on asset allocation within their portfolio.

- Generating revenue in terms of brokerage income.

- Ensuring adherence to compliance norms of the organization.

- Devising and effectuating risk policies and implementing effective mechanisms to mitigate the same.

- The role will involve media interaction to present PW's views on market fundamentals.
