- TA Lead will be the key person in handling the company's Talent Acquisition efforts and their sole focus is on recruitment. He / She will support the sourcing, attracting and hiring of talented / high performing people into Equitas. Creatively sources and networks to create immediate pipelines for key roles and specific openings. - Collaborates with the Centre of Excellence - Talent Acquisition (COE-TA) and Business HR Leaders to develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring/workforce plans and strategies across divisions and functions to align with short/ long term business objectives. - Works with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and creates a recruiting strategy for each position. - Acts as a brand ambassador and consciously work on Employer Brand Building Initiatives to attract good quality talent at lateral levels. - Actively participate in various Bankers forums to network with relevant Banking professionals, recruiting events to build company presence and pipelines - Enhance the attractiveness of the Employee Referral Program to improve both quantity and quality of referrals. - Pre-screens resumes, conducts phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring leader on next steps. - Assists hiring managers with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers. Communicates with candidates at every step of the recruiting process including articulating the Equitas vision and job role to extending and negotiating offers. - Actively sources for passive talent. - Manages jobs in Recruiting, our applicant tracking system, through monitoring and progress reporting. Works with hiring managers to help them understand how to use Recruitment Marketing as part of the Equitas recruitment process. - Manage all recruitment agencies, vendor relationships and associated costs, agreements and reporting. - Comply with all the policies and procedures in line with recruitment / talent acquisition. - Actively contributes to the performance and development of the Talent team and the People team overall
