Responsibilities - - Define the overall people culture strategy for Equitas and engage with leadership to build a healthy, fulfilling, and inspiring workplace experience for our diverse team. - Responsible for enhancing employee engagement by improving and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture of collaboration and continued professional development. - Design and cultivate positive experiences at every step of the employee journey, building thoughtful practices that engage and retain high potential employees. - Design policies and execute new initiatives in HR and cultural development to serve the diverse workforce, and leverage necessary resources, tools, and techniques to achieve goals - Collaborate and partner with the Business HR team to understand their goals and initiatives and incorporate them in the different culture initiatives to create synergy in carrying out HR Organizational Strategies. - Develop and maintains organizational communications vehicles, such as announcements and newsletters, to ensure employee awareness. - Conduct regular review of all policies and procedures to ensure relevance, legal compliance and best practices. - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating Talent Management issues and solutions as appropriate - Manage programs that regularly access culture and engagement. - Collaborate with other COEs, Business HR Leaders, and Leadership team to ensure the implementation of culture initiatives, track milestones, perform analysis of survey results, identify best practices, and develop and implement tools and programs to support employee engagement. - Apply an evidence-based approach, methodology and resources to determine appropriate employee intervention activities.
