Compensation Analyst
Compensation Analyst is part of the Talent Management - Center of Excellence (CoE) and supports in the design, implementation & administration of various C&B programs for the Bank
Key Responsibilities:
- Support / participate in annual compensation benchmarking surveys; analyze market data and prepare presentations to the management
- Help in implementation of periodic compensation review process covering increments, variable pay etc
- Propose and implement long term incentives plan / retention programs.
- Create a rewards framework encouraging people to build skills and display desired behaviors
- Assist in development of new C&B programs, and related change management activities
- Analyze & track utilization of existing C&B programs
